I am an energetic, tenacious and collaborative theatre and performance art producer from Hong Kong and now based in London, UK. Since September 2023, I'm focused on working as Director and Chief Executive of Kakilang, (formerly Chinese Arts Now), an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation. 

From 2020-2023, I worked as an independent theatre and film producer after finding myself unemployed during COVID, I am grateful to the support from the UK Government's New Enterprise Scheme, Camden Council, Arts Council England, Stage One, Theatr Clwyd's Bursary and Mercury Creatives scheme for making this possible. Highlights including as Associate Producer for Best of Enemies in West End; Dumbledore Is So Gay won the VAULT Festival's Origins Award and won an Off West End commendation award.

Alongside this, I've taken on in-house and freelance positions for organisations between 2018-2023, including Producer for In Good Company; General Manager for Creative Youth; Associate Producer for The Bread & Roses Theatre; Box Office Deputy Manager for Pleasance, Marketing and Development Assistant for The Coronet Theatre; Assistant Producer for Arch468, Spun Glass Theatre and Theatre503. 

I am the recipient of the prestigious Blackbaud Scholarship and completed my Postgraduate Certificate in Philanthropic Studies at the University of Kent in May 2022. and Chartered Institute of Fundraising's Certificate in Fundraising qualification in December 2021, funded by RAISE Bursary and others.

As for film, I have worked with BFI Network and Film and TV Charity to deliver sector support workshops and my work has been funded by Croydon Council. I was on Film Hub North and Midlands' Creative Producer Lab 2022; BFI Network South East Producers' Programme and Eastside's Female in Film Programme 2020. I am also a recipient of the Film and TV Charity Community Grant, Going Places Fund and Film Hub London's Training Bursary 
 
I am eager to support exciting stories with an authentic voice and connect with others who share similar interests and values. I am happy to receive introductions and invitations, with the intension of getting to know each other and connecting as peers, however, I am unlikely to have capacity to take on any work on a freelance/independent basis for the time being
